Blotting membranes made of Nitrocellulose or PVDF-Plus PVDF-Plus Membranes Hydrophobic membrane designed with high bindingcapacity and low background for Western, Southern and Northern Blotting, aminoacid analysis, and protein sequencing. High lot to lot consistency yields reproducible results. Compatible with most detection methods and dyes, and resistent to high concentrations of methanol at destaining. Average binding capacity: 125 µg/cm². Binds proteins from 5 kDa to 700 kDa. Pore sizes available: 0.22 µm and 0.45 µm, as sheets or rolls.
Nitrocellulose Blotting Membranes Made of nitrocellulose, free of acetate and other esters. Maximal protein/nucleic acid bindingcapacity, up to 80-100 g/cm². Low background. Pore sizes available: 0.45 µm is suitable for most blotting applications, 0.2 µm sizes for lower molecular weights. Available as circles, sheets and rolls.
